We are pleased to announce changes to the Ethical Property Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
At last week’s board meeting, Michael Fahy was appointed as our new Chair. Michael has served as our Legal Trustee for several years, and many of our partners and supporters will recognise him from EPF events. His appointment follows Kim Worts’ decision to step down as Chair after serving on the board since 2017. We are enormously grateful to Kim for her dedicated leadership and longstanding commitment to the Foundation.
The Board has also appointed Tim Hague as Vice Chair. Tim is a chartered surveyor and Associate Director of Property at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, and has been a valued member of the board since 2022.
We are additionally delighted to welcome Eve Jarrett as our new Legal Trustee, who will also take on responsibility for GDPR matters. Eve is an employment lawyer with extensive experience as a legal trustee and is based in Bedford.
These appointments strengthen EPF’s governance and ensure we continue to support charities across the UK with expert, independent property advice.
