The Ethical Property Foundation is delighted to welcome Stephen Nicholas to our team. He will be supporting us in upgrading our Resource Hub in the role of Digital Knowledge Management Volunteer.
We are very excited to work with Stephen, his experience, professionalism and knowledge has already made a positive impact.
Stephen started his career as a geoscientist working in oil and gas exploration, he later saw an opportunity for sharing knowledge via intranet pages and he went on to build the company’s first project knowledgebase. Stephen’s career in Knowledge Management grew from there, he overhauled the company’s knowledgebase implementation, and embraced KM techniques such as establishing communities of practice, and setting up content management systems.
