Since the end of lockdown 3, the team here at the Ethical Property Foundation has been energetically helping voluntary organisations manage their premises for a sustainable future. Our free webinar training is proving hugely popular across the UK: we have provided 28 free property webinars in the 12 months to June to over 370 local voluntary groups with at least 416,413 local people indirectly benefiting from better run premises: St Helens, Bolton, Tyneside, Manchester, Cardiff are just a few places we have Zoomed into, as well as working with infrastructure partners across London from Southwark, Ealing and Enfield to Islington, Bromley, and Lewisham.
We are also increasingly working with funders to deliver bespoke training and support to their grant holders, most recently Coalfields Regeneration Trust for mining communities in South Wales as well as expert property support for youth organisations in London through the John Lyons Charity. Our affordable consultancy services are also much in demand, led by Senior Property Adviser Simon Taylor, with many clients commissioning us to deliver workplace strategies to help charities plan for hybrid/flexible working.
