It is useful to compile an ‘Essential vs. Ideal’ list at the beginning of your premises search

Involve staff, volunteers and users / clients in making the list, which can then be checked against when viewing premises.

Such involvement helps the appointed project manager gain important insight into how the organisation needs to work, which will help with the efficient running and success of the project.
