Consider what will be achieved with a review |
There are desirable outcomes e.g.:
- Applying lessons learned to future projects
- Motivating the project individuals and team
Equally, there are undesirable outcomes e.g.:
- Expending resources to not reach a conclusive outcome
- Not being able to apply any lessons learned
- Upsetting people
How a review will achieve the desirables and avoid the undesirables will need to be decided specific to the review exercise.
