8.11.9. Building regulations
| If you undertake building works or are intending to occupy property where building works have or are to be undertaken, you need to ensure all works are compliant, and comply with the building regulations |
The person undertaking the works will be able to supply your building regulations approvals, usually in the form of an approved document.
If the works are not compliant there can be no certification; the local authority may require works to be certified as compliant before occupation.
