Basic Mistakes to Avoid

⚠️ Not having a plan
 
or:

  • Having a plan and not using it
  • Not understanding the plan
  • Using a plan from a different / old project

They all mean the same thing: not having a plan.


⚠️ Not having a budget

 
Occupying buildings costs money. If you have a plan with no budget attached to it, you have not got a plan.

⚠️ Allowing project management to break down

 
It costs you and your business extra time and cost, including staff having to rectify problems.
