8.4.3. Tenant

This, in general terms, will be a leaseLease: A document giving a tenant the legal right to occupy a property. or a license.
Whichever agreement you occupy under, you need to be fully aware of your obligations which you have legally committed to when you signed the agreement and took occupation.
In particular are your obligations for rent, repairs, insurance, service charges and all outgoings.
